Care recommendations
During the first weeks, the tug may pill. The rug is simply shedding its excess fibers. This is quite normal and inherent to pure wool fibers. Remove the tufts by hand or use a vacuum with a flat brush and do not rub too hard. Clean stains with a clean, damp cloth. Never use a hard brush as this could rip out the fibers.
