In the interest of transparency, we wanted to inform you that we are moving our collections to a new warehouse.

We have chosen a larger, more efficient warehouse that will allow us to serve you better and faster.

Since things well done take a little time, we have decided to extend our delivery times for safety reasons: For all orders placed between 03/28/2025 and 04/08/2025, our delivery times announced when you placed your order remain unchanged: 3 and 4 weeks.

For all orders placed after April 9, 2025, our delivery times are now 2 to 3 weeks. We know this can be a long wait when you're eager to receive your order, but we'll do everything we can to make this transition period as quick as possible. Delivery times will be regularly updated on our website to give you the most up-to-date information possible.

You can track the progress of your order via your customer account, including its status updates.

Our website offers a free worldwide delivery under conditions. Otherwise, delivery cost and time may depend on country destination and delivery option chosen at the check out page.


This charge is only applied once per order, even where an order is delivered in several parcels.

If you wish to have your order delivered to another address than yours: You will have to, on the checkout page, tick the box “Add an alternative delivery address” and enter the address you wish (full name, address, country….). Your invoicing address remains as the address that you entered while creating your account but you can, thus, get your parcel delivered somewhere else.

The orders are normally delivered within 8 to 10 days from the date of final confirmation of the order (subject to the availability of the products and the accuracy of the data provided). In any case, it will not take more than 30 days.

RETURN

If you wish to return an item purchased on the website www.cyrillus.com, you have 30 days, from the date the order was sent, to proceed with the return process. Please note that the article should be in its original condition to be returned.

Any delivery costs paid in connection with the returned parcel are non-reimbursable and will be deducted from your refund unless you have paid in advance.

How to return an order step by step?
To return all or part of your order on www.cyrillus.com, you should use the returns portal and proceed to the following steps to print the return label and return note.

• 1. Find an order - Enter your order number (under the format "GEXXXXXXXXX") and the email used to pass the order.
• 2. Select items to return - Select the item you wish to return and select the reason of this return.
• 3. Select return method - Select the Standard Return allowing you to send back your items with the carrier of your choice.
• 4. Create return label - Once your Return Note and Return Label created, you will receive them by email. Print the Return Note and the Return Label. In the package, place the items you selected to return, along with the "Return Note" and seal it. Once sealed, you can affix securely the Return Label to the outside of the package. Last step is to send it to the address that appears on the Return Label.

Refunds
Subject to the above-mentioned conditions, CYRILLUS undertakes to reimburse amounts due as quickly as possible and at the latest within 14 days following receipt of proof of return (receipt for the postage of a tracked parcel, stamped and dated by the post office) of the parcel addressed to us or receipt of the parcel by us (the first of these two dates prevailing).
