Eco-participation is a mandatory payment that applies to the purchase price of all new furniture. It finances the collection, sorting, recycling and recovery of used furniture. Its mission is to develop furniture collection and to guarantee recovery at end-of-product life promoting remployment and reuse.

GIVE YOUR FURNITURE A SECOND LIFE

If you want to get rid of a piece of furniture that's still in good condition, you can give it to a social and supportive structure. Otherwise, you can deposit it at a waste management site. The furniture collected in Eco-furniture bins are transferred to sorting centers where material is separated by recovery stream (wood, mattresses, metal, plastic, etc.) to be recycled and reused in other manufactured products.
