If you wish to return an item purchased on the website www.cyrillus.com, you have 30 days from the date you received your order to complete the return process. Please note that the returned item must be in its original condition.

We encourage you to return products in their original packaging, including any accessories, manuals and documents delivered with them, so your return can be processed efficiently to enable a quick refund. Some packaging is adapted specifically to protect fragile products. Items must not have been worn (except to try on), washed or altered and they must not be damaged. Unfortunately, if an item has been visibly handled or if it is damaged (eg. if it is incomplete or the labels have been removed), we will not be able to provide a refund.

Please note that shipping costs for your returned items are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund unless you have previously paid them.

How to make a return?

To return part or all of your order placed on the website www.cyrillus.com, you must use the returns portal and follow these steps to print the return slip and return label:

CLICK HERE TO ACCESS THE PORTAL

1. Find an order - Enter your order number (number beginning with "GE") and the email address used to place your order.

2. Select the items to return - Select the item(s) you wish to return and the reason for the return(s).

3. Select the return method - Choose Standard Return, which allows you to return your items with the carrier of your choice.

4. Create a return label - Once your return slip and label have been created, you will receive them by email. Print the return slip and label. Place the items you wish to return, the return slip, and seal the package. You can now affix the return label to the package. All that's left is to send it to the address shown on the label.
